The people are amazing! so friendly and my dogs absolutely love the office. I would recommend to any and everyone.
The staff is very caring and does their best to comfort our cat. The facility is always clean and the doctor takes a genuine interest in our cat’s welfare. They have gone out of their way to provide us with the products and services we need, even when they are “officially” closed.
Great vet and staff, kind and compassionate, do their best to make pets and owners at ease, highly recommend, been going a number of years with multiple dogs and a kitty.
I have two dogs, Che and Nugget. We moved to Frederick in the summer of 2017 in need of a new vet. Every time I show up at P.A.W. I am surprised at the informed, loving treatment – for my dogs and for me. I know it isn’t just syrup because the bottom line is never about get all the tests just in case. It’s rational, reasonable, affordable, and compassionate. My dogs get excited when we arrive AT THE VET! The office is small, cozy, and inviting. We all feel welcome and at home there.I’m so glad we found them. Even tho we live 1/2 an hour away I wouldn’t even consider switching to a different vet.
I have known Dr. Crystal Wormell for a long time. She has always been a dedicated veterinarian who puts her patients first. She has a top-notch staff and strives to provide both client and patient with the best possible care. She offers not only Western medicine but alternative as well (acupuncture, etc). I have trusted her over the many years and will continue to do so.
I’ve got two cats with chronic illnesses, so I wind up seeing Dr. Wormell frequently. She shows obvious care for my cats – often asking about all of them and not just the one she’s treating. She also does her best to make the visits as quick and painless for them as possible and charges reasonable rates so that it’s relatively painless for me too. I really couldn’t ask for anything more in a vet.
